Description: During the First World War, Vickers manufactured munitions and war materials needed for combat. In the workshops, shrapnel and shells are manufactured by workers, while women and young girls assemble the parts and load the shells with powder. When the work is completed, armored trucks transport the munitions to their destination. At the dockyards, a warship is constructed using steel plates and pieces cut from armored vehicles using acetylene flames.
